Need help – inheriting site done in wordpress

  I’m trying to figure out how to forward a url of a site done in wordpress – to another url. Simple forwarding. I’ve done so via the domain host but it has had not affect. Appears that I need to do something in wordpress but cannot find anything related to urls in the dashboard.

  Both website and blog are hosted here. What is the best way to learn how to use this service?
