Need help installing theme

  I want to install the theme from photocrati for a new photography blog I am working on. When I look at the instructions for installing it says to click install theme but I do not see that anywhere on my admin panel for the blog. I am guessing I need to buy an upgrade to use this but what upgrade to I need to purchase?

  Any help is appreciated.

  There is no upgrade here that allows you to install external themes; it’s too big a security risk for a shared blogging platform. Only WP.org blogs with paid, independent hosting can install external themes.

  OK I did not want to do my own independent site because I was hoping to have the traffic generated by hosting on wordpress.com.
