Need help line for self hosted WordPress log!

I have a self hosted blog and cannot get to my site. I have this error message at my address and my admin address. Who can help me? Someone said wordpress.org, but I see nothing there for support. I need a help line or on-line chat…

You need to be at WordPress.ORG for help with that. They have a help forum.
You can expect to pay through the nose for on-line chat or phone help, but it’s probably available. We don’t have that information here, because that’s not our software so we don’t support it.

But I am pretty sure I bought the software threough this sight. I was registered here, not at .org…

You don’t need to be registered at WordPress.ORG to get the software.
If someone sold you the WordPress.ORG software you really got suckered since the .ORG software is FREE download from their site.
You need to go over to WordPress.ORG for self hosted site support
The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
