Need Help Linking Posts to Pages

  How do I link my posts to a specific page. And how do I put posts (recipes) onto a page so that when the page is clicked on from the menu you can see the recipes available to select?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You don’t link posts to static pages (those you create in Pages > Add New): you create a custom menu and add your post categories to it. See here for more:
