Need help logging into my old WordPress blog/site

  Hi, I’m trying to figure out how to update my old wordpress site (not sure if it’s .com or .org), but I’ve been unable to remember the login (email/usernmame/password) for the account associated with it. I’ve tried going through all the “forgot password/account recovery” prompts but nothing has worked. Can anyone please help? Thanks!
