Need help making featured pics static while the rest of the page is moveable

  When viewing on a mobile phone or tablet, I would like for the featured pictures to stay static while the rest of the site glides over it. My website does this when viewing from the computer, but not on mobile devices. I am using the theme Twenty Seventeen. I know there are sites out there that do this and would like to find one. Here’s an example of a site that does what I want it to on a mobile phone http://www.elenasblairphotography.com – I already chatted with someone within the company that tried to help but they suggested I contact you. They said you might be able to tweak the code. Please help and advise. Thank you.

  Hi there, this very well may not be possible. Go to your site and narrower your browser down as far as you can and then scroll and you will see that the behavior is the same as it is when your browser window is wide.

  When I view your site on my iPhone 6s Plus, the content scrolls up and over the static picture, just as it does on my desktop.

  On mobiles, sometimes they will not show that affect since it actually requires quite a bit of processing power to continually redraw the screen as you scroll up, and in those cases, there is no way for us to force the phone to do that.

  What phone/version and what version of the OS, and which browser on your mobile are you seeing this change in behavior?
