Need help migrating blog

I currently have a blog http://www.fitness-moments.com on a paid host server. I am fairly technologically UNsavvy and paid to have a website set up, and (unfortunately) maintained. I own the URL and the home-page of my website is wordpress.org page. 1) How easy/difficult is it to migrate my content? 2) Are there people/companies that charge for doing this? 3) Given the current size/content of my existing blog does migrating make sense? 4) I’ve read through all the options that wordpress has to offer and I know myself well enough to know that the free version isn’t going to offer enough support, but is the business package overkill? Once my blog is up and going I shouldn’t need a whole lot, but I have to admit, I don’t have the time or the know-how to get things started on my own.

I think that migrating makes sense if you are currently having “important” issues with your current provider, meaning frequent downtime or bad support for example.
With that said and if that’s your case, if WordPress.com seems the right choice for you, then I’d suggest to do the move. As for the migration itself, it isn’t something too complicated given that you had some time to learn how to use the self-hosted version of WordPress (.org).

I suppose that the only real issue would be to keep the current theme you have now on your site, which is a Twenty Twelve based theme as I can see. However, WordPress.com offers quite a lot amazing themes, especially if you are going to get their Business plan.
I had the pleasure to use WordPress.com for a while and I found it amazing not to have to take care of the technical side of my blog and only focus on blogging, but in the end I realized I needed the freedom only the self-hosted version (.org) can give me. That’s a personal choice of course, and for me it worked.
Back to the migration process, I did migrate my own blog in the past and it took a very little effort and time. If you need some help, feel free to ask me. :)

3) No, since your ads would all be against the Terms of Service here.
4) Irrelevant since 3).
If you can live without ads, tell us what you need. I always recommend a custom domain, but beyond that, what do you need? You cannot port the theme over.
