Need help migrating full Weebly site to WordPress

    I need to figure out how to transfer my existing Weebly site to WordPress. I’ve already switched the domain (which was via register.com and Weebly) to Namecheap, but when was trying to follow the instructions on WPBeginner.com for migrating from weebly to wordpress, I got to the step where I could create an xml file, and tried that.

    It didn’t work, and through more research, I found out that if there are multiple pages that need to be migrated, it’s best to contact the email for WPbeginner.com so they can create the export xml file to be imported into wordpress. I did that, and it ALMOST worked. probably 85% of my content is there. But I’ve done this more than once with them now, and each time I’ve been told a new xml file has been created, but every. single. one. is missing at least 5 pages and 20 posts form my weebly site. (These are the most recent 5 pages/20ish posts, everything else seems to be there.)

    My weebly site is set to renew on February 10th, so I REALLY need to get this migrated to wordpress before then so I can cancel my subscription and unpublish the site on weebly.

    Can someone please help me figure out how to get my entire site migrated over? WPBeginner has their own custom tool for it, but again, it’s resulted in missing several pages and many more posts..

You’ve landed on the support forum for websites that are hosted here on WordPress.com; since you mention that you’re moving your site content to Namecheap were you perhaps looking for the community forums for the WordPress software which comes from WordPress.org?
