Need help migrating site and customer #

    I renewed my domain name in Sept 2021. I migrated the domain to Bluehost in Nov. 2021. I am stuck. I cannot migrate the content of my website. Bluehost tells me I have to contact WordPress.com to see if the files are available at all and what identifiers I need to satisfy Bluehost so they can migrate the content. Can anyone help a kid out? Thanks.

    Hello there,

    To export content from a WordPress site, please follow this guide here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

    Once the XML has been downloaded, it can be imported via WP Admin > Tools > Import at the installation with WordPress.com.
