Need help moving an icon from top to bottom.

  I have been trying to move the comment icon from the top of my blogs to the bottom where the comment box is. I distinctly remember there being a place to set this up, but cannot remember where it is. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks.

  I’m not aware of this being configurable in any of our themes. You can switch themes to one that works the way you want, or it may be possible (MAY) to change it using the Custom design upgrade and some CSS editing.
