Need help moving followers and statistics from Worpress.com to WordPress.org

I recently decided to combine my photography web site with my blog. I found a theme I liked, but it only works on WordPress.org. Therefore I have created the new site, but need help transferring my followers (subscribers?) and statistics. I’m not very good with WordPress, but I understand I need Jetpack installed on both sites and that has been done. Presumably once this has been confirmed, then I need to stop any subscriptions and delete the old blog. The old blog is http://myelementsblog.com/ and the new one is http://www.elements.uk.com/wordpress. Is this all the information you require?

Also, some added information WordPress.com now supports Custom themes and Plugins with its Business Plan.

Thank you for the advice, but I already had web space sitting virtually empty (and for much less than the business plan). I’ve loved every minute on WordPress.com, but it makes sense to move on :-)
