need help moving my blog

I want to move my wordpress.com site (thefouragreements.wordpress.com) to another wordpress.com site. I have not created the new site yet, and ideally would be able to keep the same exact title for the blog. Is this possible? If not, could I just change it slightly, to fouragreements.wordpress.com? The reason I need to move it is because I have a main site (musingsimplicity.wordpress.com) and i simply clicked “Add a blog” and now when I comment on my new blog, my musingsimplicity url shows up instead of a my new blog title. Is there a way to ‘separate’ these/have new url in my links/comments w/out moving my 2nd blog? If not, I need to move it so that I can have my new blog url in my comments!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

musingsimplicity.wordpress.com is my main blog but I ‘added another blog’ to that site, and now my comments for the 2nd blog link to the musingsimplicity blog instead of to my new blog. IS it possible to have two URLs show up in my comments, for the 2 different blogs, or do I need to move my blog to a separate site??
