Need Help moving sit subtitle back to its original spot…above navigation bar??

  I was editing my site (free Forever theme), and when I returned to the home page and my site subtitle was moved below the navigation bar. I have no idea how this happened. I’ve spent the past hour trying to figure out how to move it back, as I never intended for this to happen, and I cannot figure it out…please advise.

  ? The tagline on Forever was always below the top menu.
