Need Help! Multipliable Authors??

Well , I usually blog about Anime on my blog but just came across a thing , like you can have more than one author on a blog so I would really like to have some more information on it please.Also I was really trying to see if anyone would let me help them , in writing some posts for them about anime. Im kinda new to blogging but what ever that can make me some more friends and get my blog out there im willing to try.Thank you for your time, guys and girls.

Here’s the support documentation entry that justjennifer points to. Be careful about which roles you assign because an Administrator can do everything including deleting you and the blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/
If you assign other as Authors then there are other entries you may find helpful.
The Authors Widget is a great way to showcase your blog’s authors in your sidebar.

When you install the Categories widget in your sidebar readers click the author name category they will find all the posts published by that same author.

thank you guys im going to read all these things , thanks for being so helpful another question tho? what if you want to become an author of someone elses blog but you just dont know anyones elses blog that you can become an author too? i hope that made sense…

Blogs are not forums. Blogs are not wikis. You cannot become an author of another person’s blog unless or until they choose to add you as an official user using this process linked to above. http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/ .

oooh i understand now!! thanks so much guys and girls , so i just read up on the links you guys gave me and its talking about roles and things such as Contributors , authors and editors and stuff so now i know what im looking for , i would like to become a Contributor for a persons forum… so im a allowed to make a post at this fourm asking that?? or is that not allowed
