Need help. My Radio Multiverse blog doesn't publish on the Net
-
Hi, I have a blog called wickedkarma. That works fine. But when I created a new blog, Radio Multiverse, from the same email address, it cannot be found on the Internet on any browser. It is linked to Wicked Karma in the sense that when I click my name it shows there are two blogs. And if I go to Wicked Karma, I can access my pages on Radio Multiverse just fine. What should I do to get Radio Multiverse on the Net? Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you talking about http://radiomultiverse.wordpress.com/ ? If so, it’s on the web.
If you actually mean how can you get it “out there” so others will know about it, then you can start here
http://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-more-site-traffic/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-more-views-and-traffic/
and search for “traffic” in the forums, there are literally thousands of posts on this topic. Also, publish regularly! Your site is a week old and has one post. Not much there yet for search engines to grab.

Also, timethief has an excellent post on her site http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/01/21/omg-i-cant-find-my-blog-on-google/

Hi Jennifer, thanks for your help! So quick! Yes, that is the blog I was talking about and so you found Radio Multiverse through a search engine?
Coz I tried again just minutes ago and still couldn’t raise it. What I did get was the Radio Multiverse tag to my Wicked Karma page instead and that’s what concerned me. And I wasn’t the only one who couldn’t find it.
As long as you could do it, that’s fine.
I will check out the links you mentioned. Many thanks for your quick and helpful reply.

No, actually I had to infer the site address from what you were saying. I also did not find it in search engine results but explained why that is.
Search engines can take up to 6 weeks to index a new site, so keep posting regularly!

Hi Jennifer, you may wonder why people post questions like I did when the answers are in the links you sent. That must be annoying
Just to reassure you. I had read through those links on wordpress before at the time I created the first blog. I thought the problem this time was technical because others and I could not find Radio Multiverse on the search engine, although the previous blog I published Wicked Karma was available within minutes on most engines. I didn’t think it was a traffic issue.
It’s helpful when people like you respond because it’s someone else now that has investigated the issue. It’s especially nice when you are pleasant about it. I have read in other forums pretty nasty remarks when someone makes an enquiry about something that everybody thinks is in the manual the questioner didn’t read. Thanks again.

Hi Jennifer,
Just to let you know, the time thief link is particularly useful, especially the is my blog working link.

Can’t answer the question unless it’s asked. There’s a lot of info out there and not all of it in the Support docs. And if I may also say, people who are pleasant in asking their questions tend to receive it back in kind.
