Need help, my WordPress refused to connect

My site cannot be accessed and Jetpack seems to be disconnected.
I cannot open wp-admin or reconnect manually.
What can I do to fix these problems?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the Jetpack connection, because I can access the main dashboard and ask the AI assistant. The AI assistant said there is a disconnect between my site and Jetpack, but I can’t fix it myself. Also, it refused to connect with the https://tuenguyencung.wordpress.com/wp-admin/.
Even when I load my site again, it keeps showing: “
This site can’t be reached
tuenguyencung.wordpress.com refused to connect.”
The weirdest thing is that other WordPress sites are loading fine, only my site refused to connect…
I tried accessing WordPress from my computer and mobile, but it didn’t work.

Now I try again, and it suddenly works? Did these is anything wrong with my site, or is it just network problems when I access it from Vietnam?
