The site sydneymestre.com is a new site on Bluehost hosting. Sounds like you actually need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support on managing your site. You can also see the free themes they offer for your site there. Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!
