NEED HELP NOW! Totally locked out of my site!!!

    We are totally locked out of our wordpress site http://www.shopDYI.com

    I cannot login in anyway to even post a question on the forums! There is no way to get into contact with anyone and it is beyond frustrating.

    I have tried to reset our password and we keep getting this “warning” page

    So if I can’t login, can’t reset my password, AND can’t talk to a staff what do I do???

    Hi,

    It seems like your site is a self-hosted blog. If you have a self-hosted blog, you need to ask support from WordPress.org instead. Their support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support/

    Just create an account there if you don’t already have one and they should be better able to help you there.

    (The WordPress.com forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com)
