Need help on installing themes, new to wordpress!

    ok so im i’ve been back and forth about using wordpress as a portfolio for my photography and i decided im going for it, im planning on using a theme from ThemeForest. i’ve been doing a little research on google on how to install but i noticed i dont have the upload theme option? im planning on buy a domain as well.

    my question is what do i have to exactly purchase to have the upload theme option so i can upload my downloaded theme?
