Need help on installing themes, new to wordpress!

  ok so im i’ve been back and forth about using wordpress as a portfolio for my photography and i decided im going for it, im planning on using a theme from ThemeForest. i’ve been doing a little research on google on how to install but i noticed i dont have the upload theme option? im planning on buy a domain as well.

  my question is what do i have to exactly purchase to have the upload theme option so i can upload my downloaded theme?

  What you need is to STOP making new threads.

  You cannot install new themes on WP.com blogs, regardless of upgrades. You can do it if you are accepted to the $2600 a month VIP program.
