Need help on moving subscribers

  I want to move the subscribers and stats of my Jetpack-enabled self-hosted blog http://hindizen.com to WordPress.com blog http://hindizenblog.wordpress.com.

  After the successful transfer of subscribers, I’ll kill the self-hosted blog and use domain mapping to run my blog http://hindizen.com at WordPress.com.

  Please help.

  I’ve moved my blog successfully to WordPress.com.

  There’s one more issue. Some time back I had my two WordPress.com accounts merged. During this process, one premium theme ‘Outspoken’ got locked with the blog Changelifeapps.com.

  I’d like to use this theme (Outspoken) with Hindizen.com blog. Kindly attach Outspoken theme of my account with Hindizen.com blog.
