Need Help on Quoting

  there is this question i have been wondering about.
  I need to quot someone, but the quoted text is not highlighted in gray like in other blogs. or in other words, i cant use the gray box to quot the text into it, and the quoted text looks like the rest of the post. But in other blogs, i have seen them quoting in a gray box that helps the reader understand this is a quoted text.

  If you already know how to use “Blockquote”, please note that the aspect of quotations depends on the theme. On some themes, it is actually very plain.
