Need help on WordPress Plugin For below requirement

    Imagine a website where only companies can be members and have registration fee (payment will be online, with paypal and credit card, consider the cost of SSL certification).

    -The companies will upload photos and description
    -Companies can “like” other companies inside the website (think facebook)
    -companies will buy credits via the website a use this credits to buy and sell products/services via the website.

    I want to need this all feature.

    Please suggest is any wordpress plugin available for fulfill this requirement?
