  is there anyone who can tell if any wordpress theme is available like http://www.megapapers.com and can tell if this site is also in wordpress? please provide me the link to download the template if there is any.. please

  Hi there. http://www.megapapers.com/ is definitely not a WordPress.com site, but is self-hosted. However, I can’t tell if they are running the WordPress.org software or another web building platform, as there’s no indication on that site.

  There are no templates that you can download for WordPress.com. You can only activate one of the themes in the Theme Library. I don’t know of a specific theme that would come close to the appearance of that website, but I suggest you start searching the Magazine-type themes on WordPress.com, here: https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/magazine/

  You cannot use themes from outside WordPress.com on a WordPress.com blog.

  the website http://www.megapapers.com/ is self hosted wordpress site but the theme used on the site is looks like a custom theme. But still you may search news themes from this url https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/magazine+many-columns/

  Again, as indicated above, there are two versions of WordPress. Which one is better depends on what you want to do with it. If you need total control over your theme and the ability to install plugins, then you need WordPress.org. However, keep in mind that a WordPress.org site will cost you money to keep online and if something breaks you need to fix it yourself.

  WordPress.com, on the other hand, is free with optional upgrades. You can’t install custom themes and plugins, but you’re not responsible for the technical maintenance of the site and can only focus on content.
