    Domain Mapping costs $13.00, and it is set to expire in 13 days, on October 14, 2015. If this upgrade expires, your site will no longer be available at ‘douglasdems.org’.

    I want to pay for mapping and have not been able to do so online

    You need to be logged into the account that originally purchase the domain mapping. Are you seeing any type of error message?
