Need Help Please

  I was messing around in the style sheet, attempting to center the recent posts widget and this happened…. My navigation bar has gone away and all of the page titles are displayed instead. Can anyone out there give me a hand? Will send stylesheet if needed, or a point in the right direction would be appreciated
