NEED HELP PLS!

    I am trying to change the email in general settings from the generic email to my own email. Right now it has (email visible only to moderators and staff) and when I put my email in it’s place it says the new address will not become active until confirmed. I have waited a day and a half and still haven’t received a confirmation email so it will change. What am I missing and how do I get help to change it?
