need help putting posts into pages

I am new to WordPress and have been recking my brain and stressing out because i can not understand how to do the most basic things on my blog. I am not very techy nor do i understand code.
All i want to do is have a blog post go to the pages in the subject they are writen.
eg: If i write a post about makeup, and i have created a page named makeup I would like to have it posted to that page.
I am currently working with Buneo theme maybe that is the wrong theme for my request? I like the layout and would like to keep it but i would change it if it means i can solve this problem.
i am completely lost and frustraded. please help.

oh i did not mention that i do most of my writing from the worpress for ios app on my IPad but i do have use of a computer if it calls for it

Now only if I understood what plug ins are, what they are used for, and how to install them. I’ve seen ppl chatting about plug ins on blogs. What do they do?
And what is the CSS area in the theme menu? It says you can put your own coding in the area. What customs can I install in this area? -

There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install plugins.

You cannot build or use your own custom theme built from scratch at WordPress.com or upload third party themes.

This is a multiuser blogging platform. All blogs wearing the same theme are using the same underlying template and we cannot access the underlying files and edit templates or themes.If you have CSS editing experience the upgrade will allow you to stylize the appearance of themes you find here > Appearance > Themes, but will not allow you to change the functionality, by editing the underlying template. It does not allow you to remove footer links to the theme designer or to WordPress.com. Also note that CSS is theme specific, so you cannot use the CSS stylesheets from other themes with the themes at WordPress.COM.

Thanks so much for all your help. I think I’m gonna stick to the free site for now until I get the hang of things.
Lastly if I may ask one more question. There are sidebar widgets to connect to your Facebook and twitter but no Instagram. Is there a way to set a sidebar for a URL so that when clicked will direct to my instagram?
