Need help re-loading photos from blogger into wordpress

  I need to reload my photos (or full posts) from most, but not all, of my blogger site at thetravelgal.blogspot.com. (A quirk in blogger made them load at a smaller size than I want. I fixed that in blogger so now want to load the larger-sized photos into wordpress.)

  Previously I tried to erase these posts in wordpress and reload them, but that didn’t work.

  I really only need to reload the photos, so if there is a way to do just that, that would be ideal. Otherwise I need to reload the full post for this group.

  And again, I don’t want to do this for all posts, only some of them, so I need to be able to control which posts get reloaded.

  How do I do this?

  Hi there – The importer skips duplicate content. Does your blog contain only the material you imported from Blogger? If so, I can empty the site entirely for you, and you can just run the import again.

  If you have other content on your blog besides the Blogger import, you could try deleting those images and posts/pages from your WordPress.com site (and then make sure they’re also deleted from your Trash – this might be why it didn’t work before), and then reimporting your Blogger file.

  I didn’t delete them from the trash last time. I’ll try again, making sure I’ve deleted the posts, the photo files, and the trash for the posts I need to replace. Hoping it is this simple!
