Need help recovering account

My phone was stolen and my 2FA software was on it. I dont have it anymore. I cannot access my account.
When I use the “account recovery form” (https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery), every time I put in my details it says:
“Sorry but the website you gave does not exist on WordPress.com. Is it a self-hosted WordPress.org website?”
I don’t know what the url of my blog is. I had the url in my history and I entered that, and it still gives me this error.
I don’t know what to do, but I have over a decade of writing in my account and I want to gt it back. Please assist me.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s the moment you need the backup codes you got when you set up 2FA and you were supposed to print out and store on a safe place. You can use one of the backup codes instead of the 2FA code you get.
Without knowing the URL of your site of your previous wordpress.com account, we can’t help much.

Yeah im aware of that. I dont have the codes.
Isnt the URL a standardized thing? I never customized it. So what format is the URL in. For example if my blog name is “Lostaccount”, would it be lostaccountblog.wordpress.com?
There has to be a standard format for the URL that they assign based on your blog name. If i know that then I can figure it out. -

If you have access to the original email you used to set up your other account (not @lstofrslt but the one you are trying to recover) you do not need the help of our account recovery team to regain access.
Instead you can send yourself a login link by entering the matching email address here:

I have access to the email, but I do not have access to the 2FA, or any of the backup codes. So I don’t think this will work.

That’s correct! Just switch out the [at] and the [dot] for their respective @ and . so that the address is formatted correctly.
