Need help recovering account with only Transaction ID and no other information

    I lost access to an account I paid for back in about November of 2017.

    I forgot my username and login ID.

    I forgot the URL of the website/blog.

    I do not have any other information regarding the website/blog other than a transaction ID from a credit card statement.

    Requesting help in regaining the account.

    Please note that the current account I am using to contact customer support is NOT the account/website I am referring to.

    The website/account/blog that I need to recover is a different and separate entity from this current account that I am using at this very moment.

    Please help.

    I don’t have the email. My address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    I forgot the URL to edit my two web sites.

    @jthom47, those sites are not hosted at WordPress.com, but at Justhost.

    You do have the urbanimpactbooks.com site connected here via Jetpack, so you should be able to go to My Sites (upper right of your screen when here in the forum) and click on it and access it there.

    I checked making-disciples.com and there is no Jetpack connection so we can’t help you on that one. To access that site, go here http://www.making-disciples.com/wp-login.php and then enter the username or email address for that site and the password.

    If you have forgotten the password, then you can use the lost your password link and an email will be sent to the admin email account on that site so you can reset it.

    if you have forgotten the password, username and email address associated with it, I would suggest contacting the web host and see if there is anything they can do for you on that.
