Created the account around Febuary 2019, need to transfer back to wix.com but Have forgot password for the account. Also Im not recieving mail on the account either.Hello,

Those options dont work because I dont have transaction codes, and its very hard to get through to customer service on this website. something which I will take into consideration for t he future.

Hi @lllouvar, are you just trying to update the email address for this account? If so, you can put in a new address here. Just don’t use an address that is already in use through another account.

No im trying to activate the email adress because for some reason its not recieving any emails to this day since 21st december.
It wont even let me complete my account recovery for some reason

If you’re referring to the
louvar.orgemail address, the reason that doesn’t work anymore is because thelouvar.orgdomain registration was canceled on December 20.When a domain is canceled, everything under it stops functioning, that includes any attached email addresses. There are several warnings about this during the cancellation process.
In order to re-register the domain, and therefore use an email address under it again, you will have to wait until it re-enters the public market (a process that is outside of our control) and register it again when it’s available.
As for recovering the account here, you can do that with the steps at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form and then change the account’s email once you’ve logged in.

Ive found the transaction ID’s however I dont know the original wordpress website domain name so i cant send the form.

The only way we can help you recover access to that account is via the account recovery form that staff-blorbo linked to above.
However, we cannot help you with your email address that you had
@louvar.org– that domain no longer exists, and we were not your email provider either so we have never had any control over your email account.To regain access to that email you’ll first need to re-register the domain. Then contact your email provider directly for help regaining access to your email account with them.
