need help regarding .com to .org — unable to purchase upgrade

  I am trying to transfer my site to wordpress.org. When I tried to buy the upgrade, it says that I am not eligible – instead the message says that my accounts that are inactive are. What is up with that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I see this information on Guided Transfer via the “store” tab on my dashboard, but not getting the “revert” option.

  ANY help would be appreciated.
