  I want to purchase hosting plan of 350. In that it is written unlimited themes is available, I have chosen a theme Cover News and want to know it is included in that package or not?

  Yes, if you purchase Business Plan, all Premium themes are free for you to use.

  I have chosen a theme Cover News and want to know it is included in that package or not?

  If so, and if you’re purchasing Business Plan, you can upload the theme to your site by going to My Site → Themes, then use the Upload Theme button.
