need help regarding server pointing

Hi, our domain name is Tibetannews.org , and have got Bluehost to host our website last week.
We are unable to do editing or anything to our website, thus personel from Bluehost told us to contact you , as you are our registar, to point to their server, at
ns1.justhost.com
ns2.justhost.com
Before we proceed with anything else.
Believe me, we tried all possibled ways and means to have it installed, but to no avail.
Please be so kind as to help us ( to point the server to the above mentioned ) so we could proceed with our webpage.Thank you and best regards

so forthat , i need to change my sever point to bluehost. when i login in to my dashbord i cant the store or domain manager?
