Need help releasing a parked domain

    On July 13 I set up a website and domain and then after being unsatisfied with the website builder interface, I cancelled my order.
    I need to register the domain on another platform but the domain is parked on WordPress. Can you help me get that domain out of parked status and released please?The domain is susanstrible.com
