Need help removing global overlay from all images

Ok so i just rebuilt my site on elementor and i cannot get any help from them at all. i have already sent several messages with no response. all of my images on the entire site including logos, products, ect. all have some kind of overlay and i can hardly see any of my images. can someone please help??? ive already tried deactivating plugins and switching themes. Still problem is there.
