Need help removing myself as a user

  I need to remove myself as a user from a blog I don’t use anymore. The main admin e-mail is no longer valid, and I can’t find a way to take myself off as a user. I would like to get rid of a couple of blogs like this off my dashboard that I used to write on with friends, but we are no longer using, but I can’t find any way to get rid of them.
