Hi there!
Can you let us know the URL of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
Thank you!

Hello,
Yes, it is tnpath.org, which is the site for the “The Tennessee Society of Pathologists”.

Hi Bill,
If you don’t have the login credentials for that account, you can provide us with a transaction ID as proof of ownership so we can restore access to your account.
Follow these instructions to retrieve that transaction ID from your card statement:
https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
and then send it to us through this form:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Please DO NOT POST any transaction details in this public forum. Use the form I linked above.

Thanks so much.
We’ll get busy looking for that transaction ID.
I understand about using the form.

Dr. Nolan, who is the current president of the society, just talked to Holly Pierce, who he thought might have some of those documents, but unfortunately, she doesn’t have a clue.
Any other ideas?

We are not able to help here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.
With this in mind, please fill out this form here to the best of your ability: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Note: If you do not have the proofs asked for in that form, you can choose the Transaction ID and enter a random string of numbers to allow you to send the form.
This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly (via private email) to assist you in regaining access to the account. You are welcome to discuss your options with with them once they reply, but there isn’t anything else that we are able to help with here in public.
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
