Need help renewing domain name at 3rd party vendor.

    A few days ago I received a renewal notice from WordPress which I responded to. I thought this would renew my domain name. Several days later I received a notice from Justhost (kortsessions.com’s host) that I had 56 days to renew my domain name which is currently held by Wild West Domains. the rehosting away from WordPress was handled by an independent web person. It appears I need certain pin to get into Wild West to renew or move the domain back to Justhost or WordPress. Can you help or point me in the right direction. you guys were the source of of my original domain name.

    Hi Bill,

    Your domain was never transferred away from WordPress.com, though your site is no longer hosted on WordPress.com.

    You can renew at https://kortsessions.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades using your WordPress.com username and password (which is likely different than the one you use to maintain your site currently.

    Wild West Domains is our domain provider, so while they’re the registrar, we at WordPress.com provide all of the support and renewal for you.

    I noticed that you have our Premium bundle, which you may no longer need. Would you like me to split apart your domain from the bundle so you can pay to only renew the domain?

    Currently, it is set to auto-renew in 19 days.
