Need help renewing our site

    I am not able to renew my site. It says it will expire on June 3rd. I have gone to the ‘domain’ tab, but am not seeing any way to pay the $18 renewal. It says, ‘This product was purchased by a different WordPress.com account. To manage this product, log in to that account or contact the account owner.’

    Hi there, the notice is correct the domain does belong to a different account here.

    Perhaps you have more than one account here? If you do, but you do not recall the password, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

    If not, perhaps someone else in your organization purchased the domain under their account?
