Need help renewing paid services

  I currently administer a website with one owner and multiple administrators. We’d like to switch the paid programs over from the owner to one of the administrators but don’t see a way to do that. Please advise.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Here’s the deal. The blog is owned by the person who registered a username account and registered the blog under it and purchased the upgrade for it. no one else “owns” the blog. That person ie. the blog’s owner must log in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade in order to transfer it to another username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

  After the blog transfer has been made Staff can transfer the upgrades.
