Need help resetting my password

  Hi there,

  I tried to enter my password too many times when I was logging into the back end of my wordpress website and have now been logged out.

  I need to be able to reset my password but when I add in my username which is ‘sam’ I do not receive a new password link.

  Please let me know what I need to do.
