Need help retaining my wordpress website hosted by hostinger

    hi i built using hostinger on wordpress and the domain has expireds and cannot get anytrhing back from hostinger can you help me back up my website to a new domain 7alacosmetics.com and ahmanato789@gmail.com was the data where i made my website through hosatinger hosting on wordpress

    It sounds like you’re in a tough spot, but as long as your Hostinger hosting plan hasn’t been fully deleted, your data should still be recoverable even if the domain has expired. Since you can’t access the WordPress dashboard directly, you’ll need to log into your Hostinger hPanel using your email address and look for the Files > Backups section to generate a download of your database and ‘public_html’ folder. Once you have those, you can move them to your new home at 7alacosmetics.com by using a migration plugin or by asking your new host to ‘import’ the SQL file for you. If you’re moving specifically to WordPress.com, you’ll just need that XML export file, which Hostinger support can often help you generate via a ‘temporary URL’ even while your main domain is down!

    That’s correct, since you mentioned your site was hosted on Hostinger, I would suggest contacting them to see if they’re able to help you locate your site content, and possibly recover your domain. 

    To clarify, since this site wasn’t hosted on WordPress.com, your host will be able to help you best. While your site may have been built on WordPress technology, separate from WordPress.com hosting, we specifically support sites built with WordPress technology hosted on WordPress.com.
