Need Help Retrieving Information on my own site

    Hello, I have not been able to find a number or get a proper response from WS. A marketing company named, Private Club Marketing Group created my website and attached their own merchant account. They also attached an email for information request that I don’t have access to. With some hard work and legal help, I was able to get my site, and now discovered that for months many people filled out applications for our club and even paid $250. I don’t know how to retrieve this information of who has filled this application and how many have actually paid the $250. Private Club Marketing Group, has not returned my calls and not cooperating. We need help to correct this and also retrieve information on applications filled out on our website and also find out who we need to contact to get a list of the people charged. Thank you
