Need help retrieving suspended website for new host domain

  I need help retrieving my suspended template to transfer to my new host domain- I made a template and bought premium hosting on word press only to be suspended- did realize the community guidelines. And also didn’t save my work beyond the word press template because I thought once I bought it, it was mine.

  Please help me retrieve this as I worked very hard on that website and also I need to be refunded for premium web hosting because I no longer have said website I bought it for.
