Need help selecting Premium Plan
-
I used to pay for a Business Plan for my WordPress site, and I don’t know what happened but it looks like I no longer have a Business Plan. It shows that I have the free version, but does not allow me to upgrade to the Premium. Can someone help me with this? I am willing to pay for my site, but I don’t know what’s going on. Do I need the Business Plan? Why doesn’t it let me choose Premium?

Hi there,
The reason you do not see the Premium Plan option is because the Business Plan is required in order to be able to use uploaded plugins and themes.
It is possible to downgrade to a site on the Premium Plan, but in order to do so we will need to remove the Yoast SEO plugin from your site as well as move it off or our business platform and back to our standard platform.
Do you wish to proceed with removing your plugins? Or do you prefer to stay on the Business Plan instead, and retain the ability to upload plugins and themes?
Thanks for confirming.

Yes, please remove the plug-ins and add me to the premium plan. Thank you! Please let me know if there’s anything else I need to do.

Hi there!
We’ve reverted the site and added the supported content back. Can you check your site to see if everything looks okay?
You may find some duplicates in areas like the menu. You can remove the duplicate items from My Site → Appearance → Customize → Menus → Primary → click on a menu item you want to remove → click Remove. When done, click Save Changes.
To upgrade to the WordPress.com Premium plan, please go to https://wordpress.com/plans/jaquelinsjournal.wordpress.com and click Upgrade on the Premium plan column.
