need help setting up my wordpress blog

I purchased a url from GoDaddy to use with WordPress. So my wordpress username is OkCannabisGrowersForum.com
My goal is to create a forum where people can come to ask and answer questions about growing cannabis in Oklahoma.
I want it to be free but I want users to have to create an account. Eventually, after it takes off I might even start charging a small yearly fee to subscribe. If you will go to my site you will see I’ve already created everything pretty much, I just can’t figure out how to make it work… I posted a starter problem. Then (under another email account) I went it an offered a solution….my solution does not show up..can you help me for free? Thank you. Jamie -

Unfortunately, at the moment forums aren’t supported on WordPress.com as a free option. You will need a “the business plan ($25/mo)” which will allow you to install a free forum plugin called “bbPress” Having a Business account will also allow you to do much more with your site and install many other plugins to enhance your site.
However, if you aren’t able to do that I highly recommend ProBoards! It’s 100%
