Need help switching my followers to WordPress.org site

  I just switched over to a self hosted site and I think I lost my followers. I can still see them when I’m logged into WordPress.com, but they are not in WordPress.org. I fixed the email followers, so this is just for the WordPress followers. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

  I have installed JetPack and the URL stayed the same as far as I know.

  I logged on and checked out the users and it looks like about half of them got switched over. Looks like it got cut off on one user, since his website is cut off, but his name is there. It doesn’t look like there is another page I can click on either.

  I must’ve needed to shut down and restart. Now there are next page buttons so I can see all pages of followers. Looks like they did all get transferred over now. Thank you!!!
