NEED HELP: THEME INSTALLATION

Hello,
I’ve recently purchased a wordpress theme & but I can’t seem to find a way to access the “Install theme/Upload” option when going on my dashboard & going to Appearance: “Themes”.
Where can I find the page where I can alter my theme?

What would I have to do to coax you into searching the forum and finding the four other threads I’ve answered on this issue within the last two hours?

You cannot add themes purchased outside of WordPress.com. Those themes are only usable on self-hosted WordPress.org sites. The only themes that you can use on WordPress.com are the themes available under Appearance -> Themes on your dashboard.
If you are sticking with the theme then you will have to switch to a self-hosted WordPress.org site. The other option is to get your money back and use one of the themes available through WordPress.com.
